+ Issuing newsletters and magazines .
+ Giving feedback on the textbooks , and report them to the chief inspector .
+ Improving the exam papers by suggesting a new format .
+ Suggesting activities for remedial & enrichment programs .
+ Suggesting competitions aiming at the enhancement of the learners' communicative competence .
+ Exchanging experiences and expertise regarding teaching English in general and the course book in particular .
